Jagadamba Auto-Components Ltd. manufactures transmission gears, shafts and machined components at Koregoan Bheema, an industrial destination close to Pune and easily accessible from the commercial capital of India – Mumbai.

An exceptionally able board leads the group, comprising of the Managing Director Mr. Ravi Patodia and his son Nikunj Patodia (2012) who has recently joined him.
Trans- Auto International is a division of JAL and is located at mere distance of 3 km.
Mr. Ravi Patodia incorporated JAL in the year 1989 as Jagadamba Lamps Limited, manufacturing headlight and taillight assemblies for various vehicles and two-wheelers.
It was in the year 1996 that we started to manufacture transmission gears for 2-wheelers, 4-wheelers and 6- wheelers. In 2003 we commenced manufacturing of shafts used in 4-wheelers and 6-wheelers.
The year 2003 is when the company was renamed as Jagadamba Auto-Components Ltd.
Over the years we have increased our customer base by adding new customers. Our customer base includes Bajaj Auto Ltd, Eaton, Eicher, Tata Motors, Oerlikon, Fairfield, and Swaraj Mazda. The company boasts of a modest turnover of 25 Million USD (2012). JAL is currently spearheading a major up scaling of its capacity in forging and machining 'Expanding into new horizons' will give JAL a completely new growth perspective .
JAL has adopted an expansion strategy of concentric diversification and vertical integration to serve new customer groups. This will help JAL realize its long-term goal of becoming a leading corporate in India.
JAL plans to double its manufacturing capacity in the next 3 years. We have planned to foray into the Sintered components business which will help us to diversify and further strengthen the business.
